Trustee Forum - Analysing and Managing Risk
It is not only private businesses that have been impacted by Covid 19 charities and community organisations have had to rethink how and what to do to be sustainable and risk free.
This forum is for the Trustees of local charities, and community organisations. Targeted at the Trustees whose role is to prepare and write risk strategies for their team/s and workplace which are situated in Arun and Chichester Districts. If you are a trustee and are responsible for writing these plans we have a maximum 2 places available at a first come first served basis.
In order to let everyone have an equal chance we would prefer 1 person per organisation please.
The majority of the forum will be held in break out rooms to discuss and share good practice in managing a range of RISKS within an organisation, including premises, staff, volunteers, funding and services.
On registering, you will be asked to give your preference on the areas you are most interested in. Please note that there is no charge for Chamber members
