Quick test: how do you score?
Here is a checklist:
- Do you differentiate by focusing on your unique features, or clear about what makes you different from the rest?
- Does your marketing material talk about "you" more than your customer ?
- Are you and your competition saying more or less the same thing ?
- Does your sales team have a system to follow, and can you measure the system?
- Be Honest ...... how good is your follow up ?
- Do you have a pipeline full of target prospects ?
- Do you know how many leads you generate and how many you convert ?
