Quick test: how do you score?

Here is a checklist:

  • Do you differentiate by focusing on your unique features, or clear about what makes you different from the rest?
  • Does your marketing material talk about "you" more than your customer ?
  • Are you and your competition saying more or less the same thing ?
  • Does your sales team have a system to follow, and can you measure the system?
  • Be Honest ...... how good is your follow up ?
  • Do you have a pipeline full of target prospects ?
  • Do you know how many leads you generate and how many you convert ?
