Developing our candidates through a tailored transitional coaching programme which begins at acceptance of offer preparing them to leave their current role, supports them through the bit in-between and readies them to start their new role and thrive from day one. We believe this is what sets us apart from our competitors’ traditional approach of ‘find and place’ and adds real value to our candidates and helps our clients to mitigate risk.

We use our carefully designed competency-based candidate selection techniques and bespoke performance framework to find the best person for the job.

As well as our search and selection services we offer leadership coaching, leadership development and Mental Health First Aid courses (2 day, 1 day and ½ day) accredited through MHFA England to help people thrive.
