The work of the Chamber is carried out by an Executive Committee, ably assisted by 3 sub-committees:

The Business Affairs Committee is responsible for Business issues arising that may need specific action, as well as Website information.

The City Centre Committee is responsible specifically for issues relating to the centre of Chichester. It is involved with the development of proposals for effective town centre management including parking, pedestrian and traffic movement, signage, retail strategy and the public realm.

The Tourism Committee of CCC & I is represented at various meetings held throughout the year.
